Editorial Policy
This page explains how educational content on ConfluenceMeter is created, reviewed, and maintained. The goal is clarity and decision discipline — not hype, predictions, or trade calls.
Purpose
ConfluenceMeter publishes educational content to help traders reduce overtrading by filtering market conditions (alignment vs conflict, regime clarity, and decision quality). Content is not personalized investment advice.
What we publish
- Decision frameworks (“when not to trade” rules)
- Market condition explanations (chop, regime shifts, liquidity/whipsaws)
- Process design (alerts, watchlists, reducing chart checking)
- Clear distinctions between conditions, triggers, and execution
What we do not publish
- Signals or “enter now” calls
- Guaranteed performance claims
- Hype-based urgency framing
- Instructions to bypass risk management
Author and review process
Content is written and/or reviewed by Pau Gallego (Founder & Editor). Articles are reviewed for:
- Logical consistency and clarity
- Alignment with decision-first principles
- Avoidance of misleading claims
- Clean separation between education and execution
Updates and maintenance
Articles may be updated to improve clarity, fix errors, and reflect changes in common market behavior. Updated pages are marked with a recent “Updated” date where relevant.
Conflicts of interest
ConfluenceMeter publishes educational content and also offers software. Content may reference the product as a workflow example, but the intent is educational. We do not claim that any tool guarantees trading results.
